Desktop Engineer:
- Should have good knowledge in Hardware and OS Trouble shooting.
- Expertise in MS-Outlook, Outlook Express.
- Good knowledge with antivirus/Anti spam's servers.
- Preference: Working knowledge with IBM think centre, 6221/6223, HP workstations.
System Administrator:
- Good knowledge in Windows 2003 enterprise server administration.
- Expertise in Active Directory, Internet information services and FTP.
- Disaster recovery of AD (AUTHORITATIVE/ NON-AUTHORITATIVE).
- Good working experience with DNS,DHCP,RRAS,SMS,ISA, Windows scripting / VB script will be added advantage.
Network Administrator:
- Strong skills in TCP/IP.
- Configuring L2,L3 switches and routers.
- Good knowledge in configuring Firewall,VPN.
- CCNA is preferred.
- Nortel and HP Network Certifications are highly preferable.
