3D Support:
Production Managers:

• Minimum Graduate (M.F.A / B.F.A / B.Tech (Arch) / B.Sc (Visual Communication) would be an added advantage).
• Project Management Skills
• Responsible for production planning and scheduling.
• Be capable of and responsible for quality and timely deliveries.
• Able to analyze the Value Chain and adopting the processes improvement with regular value addition
• Optimum utilization of resources.
• Business process engineering / re-engineering skills
• Excellent in client management skills
• Abreast to the industry trend setters and incorporating the suitable ones.
• Able to upgrade the production pipeline as and when required.
• Good Leadership & People management skills.

Production Coordinators:

• Minimum graduate with 3 years of relevant experience in 3D Animation
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Hold on Hindi and other regional languages (Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam) will be an added advantage.
• Good coordinating and team management skills
• Should be good in motivating artists and meeting the dead lines.
• Should be willing to take up challenging tasks.
• Responsible for smooth flow of production.

Production Assistants:

• Minimum graduates with 2 years of experience in any production pipeline.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Responsible for production tracking and uploads.
